2. Specific Guidance for Medical Devices

Overview

This guidance addresses specific classes of medical instrumentation, and it is based on expertise of staff of the RERC-AMI, and especially studies conducted by the RERC-AMI for various medical devices (e.g., hospital beds, examination tables, weight scales, dental chairs) with subjects with various disabilities.
